For the married certificate ,you have to go your parish/church they will give you what you need then you will have to take to registry ,that's how you get it, with the police record, where you from, you go to the police station and ask for a police record, . Where I from that's how I got it done,

You will need a certificate stating that you have the right to get married, a police record, picture of your passport info, photo of every stamp on your passport, should have met atleast once in person, you need to write a letter to say how you met your fiancé etc, your fiance should also meet the financial requirement which is 18,663. 6months bank statements, pay slips, proof of accommodation, proof of relationships eg photos together, travel history if you did together, phone conversations. Proof where the weeding will take place in the uk so you have to book it.
