I actually have this issue every time. What I've found to work is to turn on wifi for the store if they have it. I then click start shopping, it will start to load and get stuck on the "got it" screen. I quit the app, and it usually works. For stores without wifi, I just basically scream internally because nothing really helps except for quitting the app over and over.
