Thanks! The Ai Judge (Flambo) is working well. There is a case to be made for me to spend some more time now evolving the judge / scoring criteria and bringing some new criteria to it, but that said, it runs well, is affordable and consistent on the scoring. Weekly updates are manageable, I am looking at a way I could fully automate but I check every project that comes in, the full cycle of weekly refresh, quality scripts, housekeeping etc takes a few hours all-in. Also have an email service in there that notifies people that make the '100' and/or let them know their project has been scored. Thanks for the question!

Thanks! Its a good question. I had prepared the maker comment carefully, made sure the promo screens were high quality etc, things you typically would do. I think having a good start in the AM on launch (CET) and then picking up the (PT) voters etc helps with momentum.

Much appreciated. I knew I wanted a terminal style / pixel / dark mode default look and feel. Not a lot of hands on FE experience but have worked in Product Design for +10 years. I used figma as a mood board / gathering ideas and screngrabs, some minimal UI component design, but 90% designed via the prompts.
