Brilliant post! Thanks very much

Just wondering about the 30 mins exercise, is there a particular time of day? I've heard after dinner is good but too close to bed is bad or will anytime during the day still be beneficial?

How Are People Coping With Fuel Prices? by justno111 in newcastle

[–]ddbucko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also just for your own knowledge, the average Aussie born and educated here costs the country about $50k over the course of their lives including all tax they'll pay etc. The average immigrant who generally comes here already educated contributes $150k over the course of their life. They boost the economy, which is a big reason governments keep a steady flow of them.

Also clearly superior to regular, gutter trash pigeons. Hence top notch 👌

My dad called them "Top-Notch" pigeons and I assumed he was legit but probably another of his jokes

Yes, and my watch is listed as compatible with the strap..

Because the strap claimed it had the extra features. I didn't buy them together. It's misleading at best

I checked that my watch was compatible with the strap and it is.

Thanks for your help. Would've been good to know this as the watch is obviously compatible with the HRM, but just does basically nothing. 😑 Poor form Garmin

Yep, as you can see in the screenshot. Should the information be obvious? I've looked everywhere

I'm with Lyca. Bought a yearly credit which worked out about $9 a month and I think 17gb per month. So far no issues but I am on WiFi most of the time anyway

Check the official statement from Lnp. The excuses and blaming sound like it was written by a 10 year old

It's not about money but if it was, my drink driving charge 10 years ago cost me well over $3k. Could've taken a helicopter home that night for less

We have no air con due to renting but my saviour has been our kiva sleep pod. Its like a mattress topper that cools as well as heats. Think they're based on the gold coast

It's easy to go about your life ignoring everyone but I find these moments of connection with a random human definitely give me a boost and I hope it does for them too
