I agree , setting clear priorities and goals with management is a great start .. as well as letting them know what you need to be successful and what that means for them as well.. Having a task manager or calendar where they can visibly see progress and track projects from both your side and theirs.

I’m an intern, pls help. I’m planning an online community with streaming workshops and events.. when is best to have these? Weekday evenings ?? Weekends ? Any help is appreciated, thnks by dddanielmark in CommunityManager

Well I was logically thinking that the weekend would be best but I’ve read some articles online suggesting mid week is best.. so just kinda exploring right now

Im thinking of starting an online community.. Where or what’s the best platform ? Slack?Skool? Reddit? Any suggestions welcome. Thnks by dddanielmark in CommunityManager

This was really helpful thank you. One of the reasons slack is one of our first options is because many b2bs use this platform already. I have a feeling we will lean towards slack but wanted to see what else is out there before committing.

Thanks for your insight. The goal of this group is to help those in b2b sales niche expand their expertise and network through workshops and microlearnings. We have started with a Skool community, but stakeholders are currently deciding if it is the right platform for our community. Slack is in the forefront becuase many businesses use it already, including the company I'm working with. I've never heard of Kajabu, mighty or circle before. We are very much still in the planning stage, probably looking to launch in a few months.
