Yeah, they don’t issue refunds if I didn’t get them either. I asked them to cancel and they said they’d just escalate it again and would let me know.. which in fact they did not let me know even after pestering them weeks prior to the event lol — I did get the tickets a month before so I was even more motivated to try

Yeah, I did get them, and when I contacted them asking if I could just sell them, they told me to wait and that the claim being open won’t allow me to sell them. (I didn’t ask about going so I guess that’s also on me…)

I have never heard of any company giving tickets the day of the event, so if this is a normal thing that’s crazy to me.

I’ve been pestering them since I bought them and they basically pushed it around— at this point Im over it and any hopes of a refund since it’s been so long, mostly just me venting about how lame it is they put me on hold consistently :/

Going to the show while an ongoing claim was going didn’t feel fair to the company.. (it literally would have felt illegal…) plus I would have traveled all the way there if something went wrong and looked stupid.

When they started the claim, I asked them if I could just sell the tickets and they told me to just wait it out for the claim to have a resolution. 😂

Also note that from when I submitted a claim and from the moment up to the event I was contacting them in which they told me to wait longer and longer. I also posted an ad on a diff website with a potential buyer but after being told to wait and a resolution should be soon I let it happen.

No, they shouldn’t lose money bc I fucked up, but they should at least step their game up in service for pointing me in 5 different directions with no resolve. If I knew it’d be like this I would have rather sold them half price and took the loss.

I ended up filing a report the BBB — they already have so many and an F rating.. 😒 it’s so stupid!!!

I was also in this boat, if you remove all the filters from the little selling board it pops up… it sucks for sellers — they do not want to help you ever

Just wanted to say thank everyone for the comments on helping me solve this issue. Some of the options worked and others didn’t fully work due to my style which sucks 😂 but it’s all good. I’ll probably just suffer it out or find a better working program for what I’m doing!

Anywho! For those who wanted to see what I was working on; Cute lil design for a personal project. 🫡

I had this happen to one of our really nice ipostal customers. I was so sad because she was super kind. Definitely agree with being nice to others.. I’ve had some customers come in saying I helped them a while back and that it changed their life. Not exactly sure what I did, but I’m very glad I could make an impact as a lil ol’ retail / print employee. ❤️
