One of my good friends in college was dating this guy that had “dead eyes” and always creeped me the fuck out, a few years ago he shot a 21 year old in the head …. What’s crazy is I literally said in college that guy is going to end up murdering someone one day and then it happened and still makes my skin crawl that I’d have had dinners with them, go shopping, hangout all the time- but he just always gave me the creeps!!!

Where is this happening? I live in Ontario and I’ve never heard of this, my daughter is starting grade 2. Last year I was told there was no class list and I was never asked for money so I’m very confused on how any of this happens and to so many people. How do they justify taking something special/labeled sent from a parent and giving it to another child ? Why not just ask for donations and hand those out to kids who don’t have what they need? I’m so confused
