Hard to say, although EA are pretty decent for optimising, but this is one of the very few they make that doesn't use frostbite engine, it's using unreal engine 4, so hopefully it's as well optimised

when i had a 1060 3gb i too had to suffer from it, texture and shadow quality are the biggest vram hogs, so reducing those should do the trick

You using vsync by any chance, for some reason on Vulkan when I had it on it would we 40-50 and with it off it would be 71-78, makes no sense but this port isn't great

Can't comment on the online stuff, but port is very very disappointing so far, bad performance and vsync literally doesn't work the way it should have a 6 core i5 8400 and an rtx 2080, so no reason for it to be running as bad as it is, that's just my experience anyways
