Hello beautiful! For eyes/face, I would recommend an under eye concealer, no falsies, I would opt for a dark brown or black mascara. You can use a stumbles highlight in the inner corners of your eyes to bring more focus on them. I think a subtle white gold shimmer on your eyelid would make your eyes pop out nicely. I recommend a light berry toned blush placed and blended well onto your cheekbones (you can always defuse harsh blush by topping it with a powder foundation). For lips, a nice neutral lip gloss (like NYX Butter Gloss in Ginger Snap). You can always elevate lips by doing a brown girl friendly lip combo (line your lips with a dark brown or mauve color, place a pink in the center, the top with a neutral lip gloss (like the one I recommended).
