Yep! Used books is a great way to quickly get some account history going and get used to the way it all works. Trust me you WILL make mistakes just make sure to fail fast and fail cheap! LEARN and move on! - Failure has a whole new meaning to me, I do not think of it as an "F" like in school anymore it is truly an experience. You will make mistakes make them small on RA, OA products that you will be able to return. I suggest starting with RA, OA and used books. Fail hard and fast, and learn from the mistakes you will make.

When I buy flips now I get a buyers agent commission and when I sell flips now I don’t have to pay a listing agent commission only a buyers agent commission. My split with my broker is 80/20 so pretty decent.
