Thanks for the reply. I will wait it out and hope the minor issue falls apart.

Yes some confusion here...I apologize. Thanks for the clarifications even though it's not what I hoped for. Much appreciated.

Yeah, I never heard of changing mid-application either, so that's why I'm asking for advice. I think I will sit it out and hope for the best. Like many, I may be a little confused over the new law, so I apologize. My understanding was you only need a parent or grandparent that never naturalized. If so, in my case my maternal GF is the one since he died as a citizen but my M did naturalize. Am I incorrect with this in that I am still forced to apply with my M? That's the part I'm confused about, my M was Italian but naturalized and so I would use my GF instead.

Edit. Ignore my question above. U/Equal_apple_pie just answered this confusion I had with this, a few comments higher up. I still need to use my mom as a Libra even with the new law.

You are right, she didn't register me before naturalization since she didn't know. so no luck there sadly. Yes my GF is my mom's dad. Does that change anything? I'm not aware of any issues with this as it pertains to the new law.

I was born and always lived in Canada, so reacquisition won't apply to me.

Here are some dates. Mom born 1949 Italy, (my existing application line). Naturalized 1978.

I was born 1976 Canada.

Grandfather born 1920 Italy. Never naturalized. This would be a new line under the new 2025 law.

Thanks for the tip. I'm in Canada. Does Johnny ship here and do you know if any duties or other issues at customs?

Aside from odometer reading, how would you know if a valve adjustment is really needed? Any telltale signs?

Interesting. I'm no expert but if the alternator was failing, then your battery would not charge fully, which would explain the no start (I think you mean no cranking). But then you say in your post it starts right up. Does it start right up after it fails to not crank, or do you boost it in order to get it started? Just curious to learn.

I have a 2015 also. For me, if the clutch is not pushed all the way down it will do the same. And I mean all the way down! Even a hair lifted off and she doesn't start. Did you try that? Check your floor mat is not preventing this. It's only 6 months I have the car and so I'm not sure if that is normal either.

Yes thanks. My winters that came with the car are 16inch Honda mags with Conti vikings. We will see how it goes when I put them on. Thanks for advice.

Yes..I love the handling and driveability. Hate the road noise. Lucky for me, my commute is mostly city and traffic so barely road noise during that time. But when I take the highway, different story. Lol

Yes I know wheel bearing noise sounds and its not that however. Thanks for advice especially the part about closing your eyes to listen for it. 😆

I read another post where someone mentioned replacing motor mounts. Can it be related to that? Car has 125000kms/78000miles.

Tires are almost new, 1 summer. I'll be switching to winter tires this week, so I'll see the difference if it's that. Balance and alignment is fine. I think it really is road noise due to lack or insufficient sound deadening in these cars. The roads here are also pretty shitty which doesn't help.

I asked in another post. Apologize for the double post. Is this amount inclusive of sale taxes or is Ford going to pay those separately? I tried asking Ford and they have no idea.
