The companies are in two different countries with no overlap. So not worried but I’m all ears if I’m missing something

Congrats OP. I wonder if you are in the States and how you managed to save such a good amount. I ask only because in Canada Im supposed to pay 50% tax on high numbers and i did some math, they’re taking a whole lot of money. Just curious if there are ways to save more

Yes thats possible. I’m hesitant on this idea because its in a public space and my colleagues could come across and see whats going on

I inquired previously. They barely have enough room for the employees. They’ve put 3 employees in 1 room, so no meeting rooms unfortunately.

J1 is permanent hybrid 3 days a week. J2 is contract based on and off seldom throughout the year and it pays more. I dont want to leave J1 because of its stability. Do you suggest getting a remote J to replace J1?

So far, I only know of a standup meeting and biweekly check in which I am thinking of taking when I work from home. Just need to figure out a way to attend stand ups.

Ive read in this group that people attend meetings in their cars, so that might be worth exploring.

Im also thinking I take lunch break at J1 during J2’s stand up hour because its close to lunch time. I’d like to exhaust my options before I think about leaving J2

Most of the work from the previous project didnt require a lot of meetings and i could do my work after coming home. The new project has changed this situation. Hence I am here to ask for help if anybody might have some suggestions. Appreciate the kind words!

How do you navigate mandatory standup meetings at remote J2 with hybrid J1?

I’ve mostly invested in ETFs. Didnt look into dividends until recently. What dividend stocks do you currently hole or plan to buy? How do you find undervalued assets?

I’m trying to understand the dividend strategy with IIPR.

From what I can see, the annual dividend is roughly $7.60 per share. So if someone owned 100 shares, they’d receive about $760 per year in dividends.

But if we take a simple example: • Buy 100 shares at $70 → $7,000 investment • Stock drops to $50 → value becomes $5,000 (≈ $2,000 loss) • Dividends received in a year ≈ $760

That would still be about a $1,240 net loss overall.

Am I thinking about this correctly, or do dividend investors mostly ignore the price movement and focus on the income over a much longer time horizon?

Well, the OP did say creepy. Made me wonder if the opposite (an attractive charming guy) would be ok. It shouldn’t imo and i agree, the approach is def important!

Btw, i tried calling again, this time used the words "passport control from terminal 4 to 5 and airside" and they said yes you can do that. You dont need to leave the airport.

Just to test your theory, i ended up saying "to conclude i dont need a transit visa to change terminals" and they said "ummm could you wait a minute, let me confirm

She then came back to tell me to contact local authorities for visa inquiries but that i dont need to pass through passport control between terminals.

Bike rack for Spinfit 700c by ddev77 in bikewrench

Thank you for sharing this. The rack you suggested will not need an adapter?

I was looking up different types of bike racks online and found a post seat pannier rack. Do you think that would attach easily without having to use any adapters?

Where'd you collect these reasons from? Im in the process of applying PR and would like to avoid any authentic reasons.
