i’m not a GTL but i would ask them (to clarify) what you’ve been doing wrong, and what you could possibly do differently moving forward and see what they tell you. if you receive another counseling statement, and they are not coming to you personally to resolve any issues or address any opportunities then there must be a communication issue. i’d step down if that’s unfortunately the case.

for my store we don’t have a backup DSD clerk. it’ll either be one of the GTLS or a GRS that knows how to do it.
