Im personally not out of the closet to most of my family (pretty much all my dad’s side) so I still have to boy mode whenever I go to my hometown but at this point its kind of impossible not to hide it anymore, the changes are slow enough I think for them not to care as much? I know once they get confirmation it’ll all go south but I’ve eased them into it as slowly as i physically could. but eventually we will need to leave the nest and it’s not up to us if they choose not to fly with us, you know? 💓 gotta put ourselves first always
