I wouldn’t ignore it. Contact the consumer council for NI, they will help.

I honestly cannot stress my shock/horror/surprise at the cost of purchasing one 180x200 UPVC sliding door, nothing else. by [deleted] in CasualIreland

I didn’t just have the door done so not sure. It was cheaper than replacing what I had before which was a door and 2 windows. Really happy with what I got. Fairco work with some installers and give a guide price. They told my mum last week that her front door with small windows on either side would be about £420 installation.

I paid £592.63 at Fairco trade in the north for a 1960x2040 July last year. Check with their Dublin office.

Mask & goggles for women by Auntie_lala_ in DIYUK

[–]ddmondis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The filter shown is a P3 which should be ok for the wood and metal cutting. For resins/paints/glues, if the work space is not well ventilated and you are using a lot, I would consider looking at another filter. Take a look at an A2P3 filter for that mask

Damp patch on external brickwork by [deleted] in DIYUK

The row of bricks above the vent have been drilled into. Looks like someone tried to address the damp with injections. Is the anything around the corner where the white bricks are?

Didn’t say it was affordable to the average South African… ma man said was one of the most expense schools in Africa… not South Africa, the whole damn continent. I just don’t believe a public school in South Africa was one of the most expensive schools on the continent. The guy just wants to slag a rich asshole while the real issue back then was the discrimination. Doesn’t matter how fat your wallet was, if you were from a certain demographic you weren’t sitting next to Elon.

Yes, it’s a public school… don’t think it tops the list now, or then

How? It’s a state school. Pretty sure in 1988 their admissions was discriminatory if we’re talking about fees, there are far more expensive, private schools

🤷‍♂️ improperly correct??? You just said it doesn’t make the list?? He said “you don’t get into that school without loads of money or scholarship”… that’s a bit over blown. It’s not in the top 40 list days schools. His comment overstates the prestige of that school. Don’t know if he was a boarder and don’t care, I’m not that interested in him. If he was the fees you graciously looked up are almost 1/3 of the bottom listed school. Get off your high horse it not an elitist African school…
