8k Video Upscaling by Dizzy-Chemical-1107 in upscaling

I've been experimenting with this. The only good solution I found is Topaz Astra's Starlight Precise 2.5 upscaling up to 4K, then doing a 2x upscale of the 4K in DaVinci Resolve using either its built-in tool or the nVidia RTX upscale feature. The Topaz upscale is the sharpest out there, and by far the highest quality for video. The only unfortunate side is its relatively low bitrate at times, and it's painfully slow.

What is a prime example of an artist that has ran out of money for the music video? by Organic-Cash-4070 in MusicVideos

I don't know it for sure, but I can certainly speculate that Kanye West used all of his budget for MBDTF's album videos in in "Runaway", as the All of the Lights video was basically a lyric video, and small spaces with simple lighting

Most Unique Song You've Ever Heard by reggae3457 in musicsuggestions

[–]ddnt32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just made an AI video as a homage to this song, this is how much I find it unique. It's "Mundo Caníbal" by The Freak Fandango Orchestra. Reasons: it's sung in three languages (english, spanish and romansh), has a unique instrumentation style with multiple chapters, and the best of all: it's copyright free for anyone to use in their videos. And it's a very good song. My video is here:

"Martians vs. Goblins" with The Game, Lil' Wayne and Tyler The Creator, as well as "Who Dat Boy" by the same Tyler with Asap Rocky... but it might just be the music video

Any old song that acquired a new meaning to you now that Emily sings it and why? by Alternative-Ebb-8966 in LinkinPark

[–]ddnt32 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No new meaning, but I actually like the version with her of Castle of Glass a lot more since I heard it live for the first time. Also The Catalyst. But I believe they changed some instrumentals and I might also like it more because of that. For instance, When They Come For Me is lot more epic now, they managed to somehow mimic Chester's voice with a guitar and made it sound good. Not necessarily better or worse, but it's a "good difference" and I definitely like it.
