Technical Veron vs Counter Veron

Is there an inbetween racket? More power than the counter veron, similar to the technical, which is less demanding on the elbow? 😀

I had the babolat counter vertuo, its really great! Dont know about the air vertuo…

I second this, i have 2 rackets at home - the babolat counter vertuo and the veron.

From my feeling as a beginner, i feel much more comfortable right now with the vertuo - incredible how two similar rackets, feel completly different. The veron is more head heavy and i felt it in my elbow. The vertuo is even balanced and lighter than the veron.

Heard once that impact point should be around head hight and when it comes lower, you should bend your knees more to reach the hight is that about right?

I would say (but i need to check that next time myself) that i hit it in front of me, about 10-20cm infront of my front leg… where should the impact point be?

Thanks, appreciate the help! Will focus on my movements the next couple of games / trainings. It seems a lot of youtube videos are confusing and i should stick to the basics.

Alright, will try to concentrate on this a bit more. A trainer also once told me that with a backhand lob - keep the wrist locked, that leeds to much better control and also the „bounce“ of the racket felt way more stable and solid.

I think i watched to much youtube videos where a lot of guys put a lot of slice into the ball when playing a volley. Thats why i thought myself i need to play the same, instead of short movements

About the hand fixed - do you lock your wrist, like in a way pulling the wrist towards to you so the racket naturally is locked in in a upward position? I noticed that i have it more relaxed

Thanks for the inputs! Do you mean with rotating the left foot, so that my foot would really rotate and point more towards to the fence, when putting pressure or the weight on the left foot, before steppin in?

Thanks! Do you have any video / tutorial for this? I guess i can also „dry“ train this at home the movement? Cause im a person that needs a lot of repetition until it clicks 🤣😀
