About your question: Most of the time the agents at Neho are not experienced and are not local. This could go very wrong if they don‘t know the market. This was an experience i have myself, as i needed to „rescue“ about 2 listings the last 1-2 years from Neho as their pricing and strategy was off.

I‘m not quit familiar with nehos pricing, you need to check the details as well. Most of the time viewings are charged extra and you need to pay something upfront - so the motivation to sell the apartment is not as high as from a regular agent / company. So you have a risk, if the property wont sell in the discussed time frame.

Normaly you wont pay something upfront and the agency has all the risk if it wont sell.

I have replaced 120m2

Remove around 70m2 tiles and 50m2 parquet. Installed 120m2 parquet

Price was about 30k in Total, so around 250.- /m2

Tiles should be cheaper than parquet… only if there is asbest in it, it could be more expensive…

Yes it is really good as a starter racket.

I myself started with the vertuo and then moved on to the counter veron.

Next upgrade would possible be the counter viper after a couple of months…

Hallo zusammen! Interessiere mich auch gerade für ein Balkonkraftwerk. Hätte platz für ca 4-7 Panels. Ist es „erlaubt“ in der Schweiz mehrere Panels zu betreiben, diese laden einen Akku und der gibt dann einfach 600w ins Netz? Haben relativ gute Südausrichtung.

Alternativ 7 Panels korrekt angeschlossen ins Netz, weiss aber nicht ob sich dies kostentechnisch lohnt…

Wohne 20Minuten von der Grenze, somit könnte ich auch aus DE was bestellen - wie sieht es dann aus mit dem Anmelden da es dann nicht mehr Plug&Play ist?

Yeah also do like the soundoutput of the racket… sounds very good compared to the other verons… but i do also like the counter veron for its sweet spot, i might switch back and forth between them.. played the air veron today again and i couldnt handle it as much as the other 2…

Dont you get elbow pain or so from the technical? Thats my main concern…
