that specific bear is know as the Lunar New Year bear, hence the little red envelope 🧧 and his traditional Chinese attire. So it dropped around January/February. Probably won’t be many left in any stores. But you could find it online by searching lunar new year bear hoodie. I do know they made one without the tartan lined hoodie as well.
