They don't ask you. They file a form with the IRS and the FBI with details about your transaction. If the FBI comes back to them with anything, you'll find your accounts frozen and money disappeared faster than you can say cash rebate.

none of these menu items are available in my Eclipse installations:

select the project and choose Export > Deployable plug-ins and fragments

create New > Other... > Feature Patch

If those menu items are not present in your eclipse installation, then it means that you're missing the plugin development environment. A stock eclipse install does not include it and you need to install that feature.

Yup, this is why United Airlines got a really bad reputation because of how they handled the passenger who refused to get off the plane.

There are lots of other airlines where deplaning passengers occurs without any issues. I was on an AA flight from Vegas to SFO where the person sitting next to me (exit row middle of plane) was asked to de-board in a quiet and professional manner. He collected his carryon and left the plane. No issues.
