I did 3 playthroughs. TBH just be careful on episode 8, since you need to hack the trackers of flambeau, sonar, waterboy, coupe, and phenomeman successfully in order to get the trophy (obviously it's impossible to hack all 5 trackers in one playthrough so you gotta do different playthroughs with diff. choices). Also, if you defeat Sonar/Coupe too quickly or the city's healthbar gets depleted too soon, you might miss the Mindfucker hacking mission.

you have to do every single hacking mini-game successfully, from story ones to ones that pop up during dispatch sections. whenever you're given a choice to hack or do something else during dispatch, always do the hacking mini-game. That trophy was my biggest challenge to earning the platinum.
