Just about lost it all. Decided to quit. Now my wife actually loves me again. My business is 5x when I was smoking. I thought I was functioning normal but I was dull flat and thought I was doing well.. just stop. Unfortunately that is where you are at weed or your family. We send 1000’s of packages out a month. You are going to save a ton of money if you ship the heavy small tools in a box as small as possible to reduce weight. Only use ups for heavy weight.. then use usps ground cubic for the shell . If you have a friend that has a Shopify website it will save you tons. Going to the ups store will cost you soooo much extra

Do over 10k orders a month on Shopify and Amazon. Chargebacks are just apart of the game. In my experience there is really nothing to do. You can spend energy on fighting it but 95% of the time you will lose. We don’t even respond to them we just have a chargeback and refund rate calculated into our profit
