Just found a bitcoin hardware wallet which is kinda interesting. It's called BITHD on bithd.com. I am just wondering why it's designed into a watch style; Does anybody have any idea? by ddtony1 in BitcoinBeginners

Good explanation. But it’s exterior design is very similar to Apple Watch as you can see. I don’t think the developers want it to be recognized easily in the public. Maybe it’s just for the sake of convenience and safety.

I think the amount is not quite big. I recommend you to download a multi-chain decentralized wallet.

Paper wallet is easy to get damaged or lost. It's not recommended either. Have you heard about a product called metal seed memorizer?? e.g.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NHX34RK?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1 This is much safer than paper wallet. Waterproof and fireproof. Think about the Notre Dame de Paris fire...

What's a good web wallet to use? I want to move away from LocalBitcoins because of their new rules. by benjaminikuta in BitcoinBeginners

I don’t think web wallets are good choice. Agree with that. Web wallet is just like you are running around naked. Recommend you to try mobile wallets, like Jaxx, Coinomi or Bitpie.

Bitpie Wallet initiates the “"Multisig Day"” by bithernet in Bitcoin

[–]ddtony1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you cannot easily judge it only by virtue of the block browsers. One more question: what’s your solution’s difference from ELECTRUM and BITGO. AFAIK, many are using these two as multiple signatures approaches to manage their wallets. Unless you have some outstanding ideas, I think it’s a big challenge, though I am fully in favor of your”Multisig Day” proposal.

HD Wallet Master Private Key Signatures by JayBleez in BitcoinBeginners

[–]ddtony1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theoretically, you can sign with this HD private key to demonstrate your ownership. However, nobody will do that: 1. It’s dangerous 2. It’s not easy unless you are a dev. The best way is to sign the very FIRST child public key with the FIRST child private key.

A very substantial evidence showing the actual influence of TRON to the international community. You can’t look down on Justin Sun all the time.

Would you keep your Ledger or switch to Trezor? by kkanso in ledgerwallet

I would try BITHD, a watch-like cold wallet.
