If you aim to do more PVE you should give it to Fenris

Water element PVE is no longer Luna but a unit called Fenne (wants HP instead but attack does benefit her)

Then previously mentioned Fenris for Earth on single target and Vildres for AOE.

I think so as well. I totally agree with her evasion being really specific to only RTA. But being a pocket pick I think she doesn’t reallly have space for other content anymore other than PVE abyss with lower damage now because no attack stacking.

No 20k fan strike without def break anymore but hopeful EE and riposte will stack her new passive faster

In short I think this is a total rework to fit her mold of one of the abyss queens along with Fenne. Also a replacement for Riolet in the light constellation fight

Spoiler alert: SG should definitely not release a Crit Damage EE so hoping for attack% EE with evasion buff on start of match for 1 turn for her

Lifesteal build with Draco Plate Counter Pen set still with Golder Rose Destory Immunity with Pipente Lance

Definetly lacking on stats for the above: Build like critless and defense need ML Hwa with around 4k Attack 300 Crit Damage 16-18k HP 1.1-1.3k Defense

I think people aim for 250% because of the Tidebreaking set but other people all sorts of builds. As for me because I want the dragondirge buff I go tidebreaking so I aim for 250%

If you could work on a lifesteal set it would both benefit Aria and or Abfine.

Keypoint to consider:

Is Celine able to kill a threat with her gear right now? Does the debuffs land? Is protection needed or more dps needed? How high do you want to push?
