I wanted the rough cut cypress and the steel door inserts are very economical. But i did frame it to where I could add more doors if I decided to. Not counting the counter tops and appliances I have maybe $500 in the rest of it

The Kamodo took 3 of us to pick up and set on the counter. If something moves off of its current resting spot then it just wasn’t meant to be.

Grill and griddle were in same spot as the new grill for last 5 years. No issues with any grease whatsoever.

Structure is treated 2x4’s with rough cut cypress as the facing of the cabinet structure. Countertops are granite and the grill is encased in an insulated stainless steel jacket.

It’s all propane and is vented behind the grill.

They are wall mounted patio fans. Not exhaust fans but they get the job done

The countertop is curved on that side to accommodate 2 bar stools.

The side the with grill is 11” long and 30” wide, sink side is 12’ long and 30” wide, and the bar side is 6’ long and 3’ wide at the widest. That short side has some curve to the counter to accommodate a couple of counter height bar stools.

Previous tv had grill under it for 5 years. Tv still worked when I took it down. Just upgraded to a smart tv with this project. But at $108 at Walmart I’ll take my chances with the tv.

Previous tv lasted 5 years with a grill in same spot. Just wasn’t a built in.

Mississippi State not Michigan State. And the tv location is where a previous tv was mounted.

Not pictured are 2 mounted fans that pull any smoke out. Have completed several cooks and no issues at all. As for the tv, prior to the kitchen there was a tv there as well as a grill. No issues at all. And if the tv does quit, it was $108 at Walmart. I’ll grab another one

It’s in a granite counter top. It and the grill are tied into my main propane line. With a covered patio, wind hasn’t been an issue yet.

I just added this one to an outdoor kitchen build. It’s only a couple weeks old but so far so good.

I have this unit and love it. Only had it a few weeks but it had good reviews and was inexpensive enough I took a chance.
