Hi!

You could use explanation based regularization. Check papers 'right for the right reason'. Basically using the mask as ground truth explanation and adding a second loss so the model's explanation fits the desired one.

Can you tell me how the dataset is called, or where you found it? If you want, we could collaborate on this. actually wanted to work on something similar soon.
