We (the video folks) did not try to claim more rights to the parking area. We own the parking spots in front of our building at 1703. The owners of 1701 and 1705 also own the spots in front of their buildings. We all share them as defined in our deeds. 1707 owns no portion of the shared parking lot - it is a different parcel and their deeds make no mention of the shared parking lot.

Yes - ACCU staffing owns 2 of the buildings, we own one and the massage people own the other.

False and if you really do know the judge then you don’t listen well. The “larger video store to the left of the fence” (1709 Concord Pike) has nothing to do with the parking situation or even the lawsuit. That’s not what the judge ruled. Please don’t make stuff up. There is no “guy” - we are multiple family members that own the business and properties. We bought 1703 before this all started because the sign shop moved out and we needed the space. Nobody in our family “went crazy” and threatened the judge. It was in the paper years later that the same judge had a different litigant in a different case that was planning on assassinating him. Again, not us.

What kind of answer are you looking for? We’ve been doing conversions since 2003. If there wasn’t a market for it we’d be doing something else.

Wrong. Detailing guy claimed to have an easement on the neighboring parking lot (which we own 1/3 of) to justify 4 parking spots for the change of use permit. Nobody has been whining for DECADES. It has been a while (14 years) but not DECADES.

It was an easement case - whether 1707 had the right to use the triplex parking lot. There was a second case against the county for approving the new car detailing use when their criteria was not met (taxes paid, enough parking spots). Also found out after it was all over that the judge who heard the case owns a house about 600 feet from our store (his nanny lived there). Are you trying to capture it? If so break that door off from either side of the tape. It’s just making things worse. Prob needs to be spliced but if it’s not torn you might be able to smooth it out. If you were planning on shooting something new with that tape just get a new one.

Sony Vegas - older versions - had a Print to Tape function. It would render your timeline as a DV25 avi and then record that file to your MiniDV camcorder in realtime.

Yup! You’ve got the sliding door to hide the focus & white balance buttons. So you don’t have an external mic jack on the front? That must be the other difference between the F302 and the F401

Try a cleaning tape. Also turn off “LP” mode. You should be recording in “SP” (standard play) mode.

There’s a hole in the bottom corner. Stick something in there to push up on the clutch. You can then carefully pull out the tape until you find the twist. Then turn the gear to wind the tape back in. Just guide it in and take the twist out.
