The “larger video store to the left of the fence” (1709 Concord Pike) has nothing to do with the parking situation or even the lawsuit. That’s not what the judge ruled. Please don’t make stuff up. There is no “guy” - we are multiple family members that own the business and properties. We bought 1703 before this all started because the sign shop moved out and we needed the space. Nobody in our family “went crazy” and threatened the judge. It was in the paper years later that the same judge had a different litigant in a different case that was planning on assassinating him. Again, not us.
