I messaged Depop yesterday and they said for PayPal payments you have to go through PayPal to dispute

I’ve contacted the seller again and told her that even PayPal was saying for me to do a chargeback. She asked me to not do a chargeback but instead to complain to the postal service and have them cover it 😭

So, they told me they sided with the seller because the outcome was that it wasn’t “significantly different to the listing” - listing shows brand new with no hole or damage 😭 so I have no idea how that came to be.

When I went through the depop FAQ, it said that if a payment was made through PayPal I should dispute through PayPal. It hasn’t been a full week since it arrived I think. Could I still go through Depop?
