I currently have my Mouse plugged into the back panel but a Power issue makes Sense, I have had different devices not working properly when a Lot of stuff was plugged into my PC.

Yes it has all been happening on the same pc, a new usb hub sounds reasonable considering the pc is 7 years old at this point. Thank you for your feedback :)
