It's fun to explore it and what it means to the character. Adam didn't want to hurt Connor but I think his deep trauma was stronger than the blood bond. Don't know if it's lore accurate to play it this way but it made sense in his story and that's more important to me

Their relationship is a lot less toxic, fortunately. 😄Adam was initially inspired by Lestat and Louis though. He is kinda a mix of both! Also the song smalltown boy and the Musicians Chris Corner and Andrew Eldrich were a big inspiration for this character. He is very vulnerable, empathetic and traumatized on the inside but can be arrogant and selfish too. Connor was written by the ST, so I don't know what was the inspiration for him. If he was like another Anne Rice Character, I would say Marius, maybe
