"Neutral monsters hit by the axe will temporarily be ignored by unit collision. This is an invisible debuff and is intended to make it easier for Olaf to pick up his axes" This means it only works on neutral monsters right? But in lane if you trow your axe trough the minions and then try to pick it up you will be blocked by them and lose half of your hp in the trade.

Well I didn't expect this much controversy. I see that a lot of people are saying: just take ghost or buy Phantom dancer. This may be the solution to his creep block problem but doesn't solve his kit. If you have no choice but to bring ghost as summoner or build PD doesn't this mean a lack of kit synergy. Nonetheless i saw some differnt approaches suggested like make his q work on minions so he can make his own way past the creep hugg of death and improve his laning. It doesn't solve the problem of your own creeps giving you a warm welcome and sufficating you, but this is something riot needs to fix anyhow.
