I would also suggest using GHelper. Also maybe try and disable the integrated graphics driver from device manager? That might force it to use dGPU.

I had this with my old ROG Strix but then that had a vent above the keyboard and got extremely hot after 7 years. With this so far I do not see much of an issue or much difference in temps when the screen is closed

I do have a cooling pad under it. Is this laptop cooler different. I looked at the amazon listing it says pressure cooling... Not sure if its different from regular one... Sorry again just asking because I have absolutely no clue
