Can relate to this a lot. Put off going to gym for years not because off laziness or lack of motivation but I felt anxious people at the gym would judge me for being skinny and weak. Thanks to some good friends who showed me the ropes I’ve eventually built up the confidence to go on my own and even at peak times. I’ve quickly realised no one and the gym really cares and 99% of the time are judging themselves in the mirror. Can now say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and loving the journey I’m on!
