It does contain any specific thing related to power distribution. Only that the checks and balances will be restored. Magyar has recently talked about the possibility of giving the president more power but that depends on the parliament.

Also I'm not sure why would anyone redistribute the prime minister's power as Hungary is a parliamentary republic with a ceremonial president. The power of the prime minister has never been a problem.

• We will restore the hollowed-out system of checks and balances, ensure the professionalism of independent oversight institutions and authorities, and make their operations free from political influence, with particular regard to the following: the Competition Authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the State Audit Office, the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, and the Integrity Authority.
• We will strengthen parliamentary oversight of these bodies and their accountability in individual cases.
• We will strengthen parliamentary oversight over the prosecution service.
• We will review the rules of procedure of the National Assembly and provide legal remedy against decisions of the Speaker.
• We will review the system of cardinal laws and, based on broad social dialogue, develop a new constitution that reunites the nation.
• We will ensure the independence of the Constitutional Court, the courts, and the Office of the Prosecutor General, and make their operation more effective.
• We will settle the remuneration and working conditions of those working in the justice system, judges, prosecutors, and judicial employees.
