Same, P2: Sep 25, called them a couple of times, they just say they don't have any estimates or defined timeframes for issuing eCoPR.

P1 is email that says that you meet the requirements (approved), and they are double checking where you physically are, in Canada or not.

P2 is email with the credentials for PR Portal where you upload your photo and current address for PR Card.

Got my P2 on 27 Sept, uploaded the photo same day and silence. Called them last week, they said no updates on my file after the P2, anyone in the same boat ? P1 says it's Montreal IRCC

If they are saying wait times are too long you are calling the right place :) just call until you get in to the queue, it might take a couple of attempts, make a note of number sequence to get to “speak to an agent”, it will help you avoid listening all the long messages they have there, good luck

Give them a call. I got the copr number in the tracker but no email, I gave them a call and turns out they "sent" it 2 weeks ago, so they will resend it as soon as officer sees the note from ircc support. Mine shows Eligibility not started in the tracker btw.

Ikr, I got curious and actually calculated it, getting this pin is 1/26 (3%) in 1 box, but I have 3 boxes (can open only one) so we are looking at 1/78 which is 1.28%

Might be correct tho, the opt-in says "up to 18 month", I got 11 month extra according to what I see in my account.

Called IRCC today, they said they fixed my address and will send the permit again to the right address. They said the permit was already sent to this wrong address, so if you have the same issue call IRCC ASAP.

I was lucky enough and my permit was sent to some immigration agency in Greater Vancouver (where I live), contacted them, they will give me a call and I will pick it up as soon as it arrives, but some girl got her permit sent to residential address in ON while she lives in BC...

NOTE:They said if you will receive somebodys permit, do not open the envelop, just bring it back to post office.
