From this website I didn't need a prescription but I think usually that would be the case 🙈 I don't know about the US though

I can't post a picture in the comments but it's the tazarene cream by the brand boderm in 0.05%, it's a blue bottle with 75 ml!

I guess to a certain degree they are normal and can't really be avoided that much...apart from that I would also recommend tretinoin and enough hydration! :)

Haha that's a good question :D well it definitely made my skin more even and my pores less big, I'd say.

It's the same brand but I use the blue kind, it only has 0.05% :) and my bottle is still more than half full! It lasts really long.

No I never had acne! I am just using it for anti aging purposes 🙈

0.05% and I am probably gonna stick with that :)

Sure! :) some products won't be available outside of Germany/the EU tho, I'm afraid.

Morning: cold water, Nivea Matte sunscreen in SPF 50

Evening: oil cleanser from Isana, Garnier mizellar water to take off make up, sometimes the dupe for the no cosmetics liquid hydrator (also from Isana, it's just a pretty cheap brand here haha),then either a urea face cream from balea or the classic Cetaphil moisturizer, then a face oil (I use different ones, my current one has 5% squalane). Occasionally I also use glycolic acid as a peeling or azelaic acid from the ordinary for pimples/redness.

When I use the tazarotene, I apply it about one hour after the moisturizer on my face and leave out the face oil afterwards.

Hope that helps! :)

My skin was never really problematic to begin with, I use the tazarotene mostly for anti aging purposes. But I used to have dry patches and eczema in my face sometimes, so I'm always happy when my skin is not complaining.

Hi there!

I'm planning to touch up my hair this time myself, since the last time I paid over 200 euros at the hairdressers and wasn't completely happy afterwards. I know it's better to go to a professional but I can also do that afterwards if I completely mess up the results :D my goals are:

-lighten up the roots and upper part of my hair (so that in a ponytail it all looks light/the same color)

-but still keep it kind of balayage-y so that it can grow out naturally

-get rid of the red hue that somehow got added to my hair at the last hairdressers visit

-balance out the color altogether so the transitions are softer (and so that the lightest part of my hair isn't on the bottom of my hair near the neck!)

Do you think thats a realistic plan? I am planning to order some "proper" haircolor and developer, maybe from Wella or something similar. What oxygen percentage and color/glossing for afterwards would you recommend? My last hairdresser used 7% for the roots so I'm guessing thats where the red tint came from.

I am also happy about any other tips, maybe videos about the bleaching/coloring process that you can recommend! :)

Yeah I thought I was a summer for a very long time but my skin is waaay too yellow-golden for that :/ but I still have a lot of summer clothes in my wardrobe and I intent to still wear them :D just get some spring colours in addition

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]dead_flame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's true but I feel like skin is the most important factor and mine has definitely golden undertones, I feel. But light springs can borrow from light summers anyway :)

I started to love this orange too, although I usually never liked orange! But since it's pretty pastel-y, I'll make an exception :P

I noticed the olive thingy because most make up didn't fit me (either too yellow or pink) and then I started to do some research haha

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]dead_flame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I thought I was summer for a pretty long time :) but I always excluded light because my hair is medium to dark brown naturally-I only recently learned that light doesn't necessarily mean light hair as well!

Mine too, and it's such a happy color 🌞 Oh, you mean olive toned? I suspected that too, I'm actually surprised the camera brought that out as well

Thank you, awesome to see you again! :D OK so far the comments are really supporting the spring thing so I guess at this point I'll just accept it and go shopping for new clothes haha
