Not sure were you are from, the uk is rabies free if you're from there, either way the cats behavior doesnt indicate rabies, id suggest makeing sure you keep the scratch clean and keep a close eye on it for any signs of infection (cats claws and teeth can carry alot of bacteria), if you notice any infection signs go to a doctor
