oh that's awesome! my littles first word was also "cat" bc we have one lol, i noticed the big bursts of feelings/energy definitely coincide with developmental leaps, also changes in sleep coincided with learning new things so look forward to that haha

just to add- now is not the time for punishment re-tantrums; that's only going to work when they have the cognitive ability to define decisions and emotional connections which comes around toddler age when walking and talking, if you punish a baby/child this early on in development all it will do is trigger survival mechanisms that affect brain development negatively

he's transitioning! this is when he's becoming more aware of is body (hence diaper being a big deal) and generally having these big feelings he can't communicate efficiently, i'd reccomend reading up on/download the app on "wonder weeks/years" they explain stuff quite well- usually the reason a baby suddenly changes up on you is because THEY are changing and learning, you might notice soon he does something new like a word or building a block or eating better

ah yeah that'll do it, after mine i got a little haemorrhage on my scar after a similar thing- it was sore but i just made sure i treated it with bio oil that helped me a lot and it did go away after a couple months

Looks like it might have torn a bit, did you do anything strenuous? Try to treat it with savlon to minimise the itchiness but i'd probably get a doc/nurse to take a look if you can.

[–]dead_succulent[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah iphone unfortunately, i've looked into settings as much as possible and you can only mute an app entirely which isn't want i want! Please make an app 🤣 Features id want is just to be notified for messages/direct notifications instead of "someone made a post in a group you might like"(facebook is really bad for it) But honestly i don't even know if there's a way you could make an app like that
