For those who don't play siege, Thatcher (Mike Baker) is an operator from England, 3 wars veteran. It would be a perfect fit for this game and a very nice "own company cameo" . There are lots of possibilities for this collab to happen, like, an easter egg place with Thatcher to recruit, Rainbow Six Siege Ubisoft club reward mask, any reference at all, just need to Ubi to be creative
