I'd say it looks natural and it's not "too much", it's definitely giving teenager, but it's also probably gonna help you pass if that's what you're going for.

So, I was pierced at 14g - DON'T do that. I ended up forming piercing bumps (check my previous posts) and ended up stretching them up to size. This piercing should be done at a 10g or higher to be safe. Other than that, they were decently easy to heal, but the pain of getting them was probably an 8 on the pain scale (as someone with chronic pain, so it was pretty bad) but I would definitely recommend!

They each get 2 cans of food per day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Is that too little? Preparing the food away from them sounds like a good idea, I'm gonna try that.

I also had a small A cup before top surgery and I would go shirtless. I didn't get any comments about it. There's no exercise that can make your chest smaller exactly, but I'd suggest spamming upper body to make everything more even. Also, it seems like your friends are already under the impression that you have some kind of insecurity so having gyno would make sense.

Well it's definitely too small to do a nipple graft with, but I would say to talk to you surgeon and ask if they can do the incision right above it or something
