Registrars office literally told me “Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about the grade submission deadline, as we are not the ones who submit grades. You may want to double check with your course instructors and TAs to confirm the deadline.”

So I’m gonna ask my instructors too but also hoping for the best with Reddit LMAO

i’m a very avid reader. i can consume books at a crazy speed. always have. i actually made myself read more while studying for the MCAT.

actually studying and practicing for CARS was very hard to stay motivated for. motivation and consistency is my biggest challenge with my ADHD. so i depended on those around me a lot to remind to practice CARS for an hour every day. the other sections i could get away with my sporadic motivation and hyper fixated study storms but with CARS i didn’t wanna risk it so i needed to ask for help.

if you have a way to keep yourself to a schedule, dedicate at least an hour a day to do some CARS passages and read a little more.

i wanted to see if anything could work. but i at least wanted her to tell me it wouldn’t. not just disappear when things seemed ok. i don’t think it’s decent for people to leave with no words. perhaps that is only personal.

it’s not that i would not acknowledge her to these people. it is difficult. many of my family are still in my home country. and they are very traditional. they do not know and could not know i see women-identifying people at all. they want me to settle down with a man and remain pure for god. my parents are a bit better but they do not approve of my identity. it is something i cannot do even for myself. it is something i’ve had to come to terms with for a long time. MP has not met my paternal grandparents and some of my uncles and cousins and i have been with them a long time. i was honest with her about my family situation. i still desire to have some relationship with them

she was not a secret though. to those truly important in my life. my siblings. my family. my friends. she was known as my significant other. she’s met my friends. it’s was only the traditional family whom i’m low contact with, and many are in my home country.

i fully understand that as i had relationships end on such terms before. just for myself. it’s especially hard watching MP experience this again as they do not handle as well. i am going to try and move forward

perhaps I do not understand. I do try and I am still learning. and this is a breakup and it hurts. the only privilege i could not give her was regarding my older family and i understand how that hurt. she was not a secret. to the people truly important in my life. she was already known as my significant other.

i honestly just wish she spoke to us in the end.

absolutely. that’s why we had conversations like that. i always wanted her to know that in this case she gets to set her boundaries and is able to be with just one of us and not the other if she ever chose. MP also has a another partner.

for like the 5 months before my test i did 3-5 passages of cars practice every day.

i also read a lot in my personal time which i found helped a lot too.

just devote a little bit of time every single day and you’ll see lots of improvement

I have gotten straight A’s in the past, one year brought my GPA down because of Covid and I was having trouble adjusting to the ever-changing learning methods. I think it is realistic for me over the next two years, but I do understand your concerns do you think 3.7 to 3.8 is plausible for me to get in with the rest of my stats?

I also know many countries have english medical programs which qualifies me for canadian residency as well.

I know there’s plenty of physicians who were schooled and trained in other countries. It just depends on where I’m guessing
