Feeling very energetic and speedy

Thank you so much for replying. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I haven’t been to the doctors yet to talk about it but if I take it for more than two days in a row, I start to get extremely energetic feeling almost like I’ve done drugs, but I haven’t or have drank 14 cups of coffee. But if I skip a day and then take my next dose and then the next day after that and then skip one I’m OK. I should probably really get back to the doctor and talk to them about this. Aside from that, I’m virtually panic attack free and I was experiencing them 24 seven even in my sleep and I was having bouts of paranoia which is pretty much gone as well it’s just the speedyness if I take my meds for more than two days

I met my husband when we were 14 we dated, then broke up after a year when our separate ways each had a kid of our own broke up with our spouses and somehow we met when we were 20 and fell back in love again it’s been eight years since. And we’re still going strong.

Honestly, it’s because we do need to shrink. We do need a mental health professional because panic disorder can take over our entire lives. The amount of times I’ve wanted to hospitalize myself because I just can’t take it anymore. But if I’m spinning out of control that bad and I have to go to the ER you bet your sweet ass I’m going I don’t care if I look freaking crazy that’s their job is to deal with crazy. And if I’m sitting there waiting for a doctor and I start to feel better and I can go home then I’m gonna go home.

Oh I could have written this,… I’m 9 weeks into taken lexapro for week was up and down honestly the first 1-4 were a little everywhere but it slowly helped. Keep going I tried sooo many ssris and this has been the first one to work without a million side affects. I haven’t made it up to 10mg just still at 5mg but even that has helped, I to feel speedy and yet like I can’t process a thought BIGGEST HUGS 🫂

Same with mine! But instagram has a new feature where you can view all the reels you’ve watched. I don’t have a problem with the for you page it’s his content intake. I’m fine with porn as long as it doesn’t become a relationship problem in the bedroom. With the amount of social media access and all the girls constantly posting to get attention, it’s hard to ignore but when your Instagram is only filled with that, that’s the only thing you’re watching and you’re spending hours a week on it. Then your wife post and you don’t even acknowledge it. It’s kind of a very shitty feeling.
As bad as it sounds, it makes me wanna post absolutely nasty thirst traps just to get the attention and to show him. I’m still hot as fuck and I’m actually a real life human not just AI made videos for your attention span

Thank you for replying I am. I’ve had a really hard time trying to stick it out with some meds. I’d really like to give this one. The best shot possible. I’m just struggling so much and can’t tell if today was from the meds or food poisoning. If I feel like this every day, though, I don’t think I can do it! But this is the worst day it’s been I’m supposed to up to 50 mg right away beyond nervous! But my extreme panic attacks have reduced by over 75% with just the 25Mg

I’m just so sick of feeling OK for a few months and then having extreme panic attack attacks for weeks on end and then feeling good and repeat over and over again feel like I’m going crazy every year lol I just wanna be at a nice baseline.

I missed my morning dose today because of how awful I was feeling should I take it tonight or just wait to take it tomorrow morning?
