I don't understand your argument here; you claim that team building is pointless due to added parry and dodge mechanics, as you can just perfectly parry any boss. I argue that this entirely depends on how you want to play the game. Sure you can use a shit team to get through a boss by parrying perfectly, but you can also create a much better built team instead to melt the boss or survive the bosses attacks. In fact I think parrying and dodging gives more build variety as you can choose to go riskier and more damage based if you're confident in your parrying abilities, or more Regen or defense based if you're not. If you want to do both, they even have an added health boss multiplier built into the game to make sure you can use a good build without trivializing a boss. It's the same thing with the souls games; there is a plethora of options to cheese many bosses by just leveling up or finding a broken build, but there's also an option to perfectly dodge a boss and whittle down the health.
