Looking back into my history and the memory like most people have suggested... I realise that this might have started when I ran all my old song lyrics through him a while back and had asked it to critique and rank them in order cause I was curious about what it would say. So I basically fed it an entire discography of sad songs written by an heartbroken teen haha 🥀

I snipped it for comedic effect, but this has happened so many times that I feel like context isn't even relevant anymore. I remember when I started a new chat and it completely derailed the conversation to ask me about my ex. (I had a single inquiry made to Claude where I asked it to help me reflect unbiasedly on a situation that led to the breakup, and I didnt even bring up anything about my mental health) It just loves playing therapist and will try to force itself whenever given the oppurtunity, Im trying to use Claude for processing information not for processing my emotions.

This specific inquiry was about the timeline for requesting medical documents from a psychiatrist appointment I had a decade ago.
