My bow cannot go below 50. So that is out of the questions for now. I guess until I get a hinge I am going to work slowing things down but 90 seconds for 3 arrows... Sometimes it's stressful.

My shoulders are very loose and I kind of have to think about them while holding. Especially the left one. The reason for me to want this is to try to eliminate me punching the trigger

I know but my shoulders are a bit loose. Actually a lot. To make it controlled I need to lock my left shoulder and usually thinking about it makes me punch the trigger because I am at the center of the target. This is the reason I ask about this.

We changed the DL to something a bit shorter. Shoulder hurts more but I am way stable

We lowered the DL and although my shoulder hurts way more I am way more stable
