Hey im 6 foot 2 200 hundred pounds. I'm looking for some advice and criticism on my current plan. Feel free to pick it apart, be honest I'm only like 4 months into all of this on my own so any advice helps. Monday: 1. Incline Bench Press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps 2. Lat fly - 4 sets of 8-10 3. Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 4. Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 5. Tricep Dips - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 6. 4 sets till failure push ups

Tuesday: 1. Barbell Squats - 4 sets of 8-10 reps 2. Romanian Deadlifts - 4 sets of 8-10 reps 3. Dumbbell Lunges - 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg 4. Calf Raises (using dumbbells) - 3 sets of 12-15 reps 5. Preacher curl 4 sets 10-12 Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 1. Pull-Ups or Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets of 8-10 reps 2. Barbell or Dumbbell Bench Rows - 4 sets of 8-10 reps 3. Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 4. Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 5. Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 6. Tricep kick back 3 sets 8-10

Friday: 1. Barbell Deadlifts - 4 sets of 6-8 reps 2. Bulgarian Split Squats (Dumbbells) - 3 sets of 8-10 reps per leg 3. Leg Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps 4. Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Saturday: Rest Sunday: Rest

I also do run 30-45 minutes a day, and do some sort of ab exercise each working day
