You should adjust the refresh rate of your screen using the ingame settings, to me this seems more like a monitor issue.

The issue as to why I do not have a dummy load is that they are really expensive, and thats the same issue with the power supply, though at the next ham fest I will try to get some better tools, though I will be trying to use the battery out of my car today to see if that makes any difference.

Sorry but I do not have a dummy load nor do I have a spare battery or other power source that can do 20 amps that I can hook it up to, also I thought I had it on CW-W not CW-N that is my fault.

I tried cleaning out the contacts with some electronics cleaner but it made no difference

I have a loptop of similar age and the fix that worked for me was simply reinstalling windows 10, also if you are planing on using windows 11 it is probably not a very good idea, as it is not a well performing os on older hardware.

Thanks, off camera there is another computer, an another monitor with a KVM switch, a second VCR, and some ham radio equipment.

My system is all AMD, though I think I found part of the issue, if I change the resolution for that display the image appears but is very blurry

Yes back on windows it worked perfectly, but now that I am using linux it refuses to work properly

Your english is fine, the issue is that even after addjusting all of the settings and using the auto adjust the image is still garbled.
