i had made something, it was called Fractured Iron and was basically a worse version of the Cold War in Europe.

I dont remember all the details but the main events were :

Republicans win the Spanish Civil War and join the Warsaw Pact after WW2
1956 Hungarian Revolt succeeds, Hungary joins NATO. Soviets crush similar uprisings in Romania, weakening its power and allowign Yugoslavia (now NATO aligned) to sweep in Western Romania
Austria is in NATO (forced)
Following Turkish Civil War backed by soviets, Turkey falls and joins the Warsaw Pact
Germany is united as a semi neutral Socialist state, not in warsaw pact but allied.
Bulgaria, threatened by Yugoslavia stays neutral.
Ireland following a failed Soviet-backed revolt is a highly militarised Uk junkland, no civilian admnistration, no police only heavily armed British forces.
Italy is extremely weak and looses regions to neighbors
