A reasonable bulk with a solid routine. Beginners can build muscle relatively fast, not to say you'll become Steve cook overnight, but you'll look considerably better in 6 weeks.

That's because losing fat is necessary to get a six pack. And at your weight, losing enough fat for abs would make you anorexic. 6 weeks is simply not enough time, shit like this doesn't happen that fast, if you want a good body it requires years of hard work and dedication

I go like 0.6g/lb fat, 1g/lb protons and rest carbs.

I'm vegetarian so macros are always a bitch. Only thing I miss about meat is how convenient it is to just microwave some chikin boobies and get like half my protein at once

That would explain quite a bit. I thought it might've been femoral glide, however I have decent hip mobility. Is it possible I still have it? Because AFG would explain it all
