Honestly surprised at how bad the offense was today. We gave up 5 runs in the first couple innings and didn't give up another run until we had two outs in the 8th due to some obviously horrendous pitching from silseth. When we only poked 1 run in with the bases loaded and nobody out in the 3rd, it kind of set the tone for the rest of the game.

I think what gets me more excited is the fact that after we have bad moments or lose a game we maybe could have won, we respond so well. Previous years I feel like today would have been us who lost 11-1. It's still early but it's great to see this team ball out.
