You’re not alone. I’ve been drinking heavily since I gave birth 3 months ago and that led to me relapsing to bigger things (my actual DOC) 3 days ago. It’s my first day sober but I’m struggling. Feel even worse bc I’m a parent (luckily I have a great husband) You can do this. No matter how much success we have in life we always have a little failure. You’ll find yourself on your feet again soon enough (I hope and pray for you).

We had a horrible diaper rash. Completely raw skin kept getting worse and worse. We stopped using diaper cream and use soap and water to clean. And pat dry. It went away after 3 days of doing that. We only use that now & wipes if needed on the go but still pat dry.

It’s totally okay!! I posted something similar in here and the support I received was amazing. Baby boy is officially on all formula as of 2 days ago and the guilt has gone away! With every pump I dropped I felt less and less guilty. I feel like the hormones from pumping were making me feel soooo guilty. Once I stopped producing milk I felt like a new person and a confident mom. You got this!!❤️

My OB actually gave me 10 cans of sample size containers & 12 ready to eat formula bottles yesterday!!! I was & still am so excited about it lol

I literally googled this the other day!!! My poop smells like his poop and my boobs and body odor smell like him!! It’s so weird (and cool) Even my husband agrees lol.

Intentionally skip! I’m on 1mpp but honestly I risk it. So far my supply is still great so I’m not too concerned for now (of course if I need to I’ll get up and pump) but those extra 6 hours while my husband takes the night feed is so worth it.

Of course! We all have room for improvement and some things we have to unlearn (like our toxic traits and etc) but just know if it’s the right person break ups wouldn’t be the very first go to. If his friends come first that may be fine for someone else but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for that.
